What does worthy look like in exopolitical mediation?

How do we place a value on a human life or their personal experience? Every person is a deeply rooted individual with a unique character impacting the world they participate in. We define a worthy person as being honorable or admirable; having merit or value. What does this mean and how do we recognize it in our field? How do we define a person’s value to human society or human potential?

A good starting place is in understanding the mediator’s greatest pit fall. This is projecting our intentions on the behavior and view of others and calling ourselves objective. We must learn to see ourselves and how we see others. Finding what worthy looks like is dependent upon our ability to determine if what we are looking at is reality or principle-based or if it is a function of conditioning and conditions. The mediator uses its endowments of self-awareness, conscience, imagination, and independent will to act on that awareness; making promises, setting goals or limitations, acting with courage and strength, sharing empathy, uplifting others and being true to our integrity; leading by example.

If we value communication, teamwork, and cooperation, then worthy will appear interdependent or seek interdependence. Interdependence is a very mature concept where greater accomplishment comes from interaction, access to vaster resources and the potential of others or all people. An interdependent person or situation will present an opportunity to share meaningfully and doing so is a choice only independent individuals (participants) can make.

A participant in exopolitical mediation will not always present a physical asset, but it will bring a human asset. This is what the mediator continually evaluates. The human asset is an evolutionary matrix with revolutionary net effect on the human paradigm. The human asset will have a uniquely modified nature, set of values, and an unusual contribution capacity. These characteristics display a unique sense of identity in an individual. Integrity, and self-control is usually pointedly adhered to and trust-based relationships are not an option but a requirement.

The contribution of the worthy will be an influence or influx of profound internalized-growth in consciousness, imagination, and human-will through their presence. It is through that deep contact with our basic paradigms; the values and the vision of what we can become that we discover the degree of worthiness we have encountered. This understanding, gained through interdependent interaction is a time-consuming endeavor made gradually not quickly. A mutually beneficial relationship is built together, endearing their participation and receiving the mediator’s strength and confidence in return. This activity elevates all lives involved and builds bridges where few existed before by the teamwork of conscious endeavor. In the words of Thomas Paine, “That which we obtain too easily, we esteem too lightly. It is dearness only which gives everything its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price on its goods.”


Stephen R Covey on Synergy

Exopolitical mediation is about creating synergy. It is an effort to open the minds, hearts, and expressions of the people to new alternatives in the human experience. It presents us with new options to avoid the great tradgedies and wastes in life by tapping the potential in humanity which usually remains undeveloped and unused.

Stephen wrote in his book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change" the following thoughts on synergy:

…it catalyzes, unifies, and unleashes the greatest powers within people…simply defined it means that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts….The creative process is the most terrifying part [of synergy] because you don’t know exactly what’s going to happen or where it is going to lead. You don’t know what new dangers and challenges you’ll find. It takes an enormous amount of internal security to begin with the spirit of adventure, the spirit of discovery, the spirit of creativity. Without a doubt, you have to leave the comfort zone of base camp and confront an entirely new and unknown wilderness. You become a trailblazer, a pathfinder. You open new possibilities, new territories, new continents, so that others can follow.

Synergy is everywhere in nature. If you plant tow plants close together, the roots comingle and improve the quality of the soil so that both plants will grow better than if they were separated. If you put two pieces of wood together, they will hold much more than the total of the weight held by each separately. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. One plus one equals three or more.

The challenge is to apply the principles of creative cooperation, which we learn from nature, in our social interactions….The essence of synergy is to value differences – to respect them, to build on strengths, to compensate for weakness. Synergy can create a new script for the next generation – one that is more geared to service and contribution, and is less protective, less adversarial, less selfish; one that is more open, trusting, more giving, and is less defensive, protective, and political; one that is more loving, more caring, and is less possessive and judgemental.

I've recently been examining exopolitics in a purely political and philosophical perspective. I've been watching the new global governance form up and its spread of nation dismantling behaviors. Of Head-Hunters, Attack Poodles, & Communicators

There are three interlocking groups of information controllers operating in the public arenas where exopolitical mediation is concerned. One is part of the journalistic genre, another involves individuals associated with three-letter-acronym agencies, and the other are strong-willed opinionated individuals with their own ideas of righteousness who band together with like individuals and members of the first two groups.

In exopolitical mediation we have referred to these groups and individuals as 'head-hunters'. Head-hunting is a human behavior in which non-believers or anti-disclosure advocates seek exploitable weakness of any kind and then use it to destroy the message of researchers, contactees or insiders, along with their ability to communicate further, their reputations, careers, and public/private lives. This term applies to the toxic behavior irregardless of the truth pertaining to the individual presenting their story or knowledge. The working concept being that two wrongs do not make a right.

A passionate believer in some ideal, or need will be more inclined to cross illicit boundaries. This being true of those who do not want the manufacturing or manipulation effort ensconcing our true paradigm, publicized in its stark entirety. There is no communication nor disclosure effort which will not have to contend with these forces.

Catherine Austin Fitts describes this in the accompanying video. She refers to head-hunters quite appropriately as 'attack poodles'.

BrasscheckTV publisher puts it this way:

...the three most common ways that the "news" media makes information safe for Corporate America (the actual rulers of the country):

1. Ignore the story completely (a favorite)

2. Dillute daily TV news shows and newspapers with so much junk reporting there's no room for real stories (they've got to put something on the screen)

3. Allow blatant lies on the part of "officials" and bought and sold "experts" to stand without even rudimentary research and analysis (it cost too much, don't you know)

However, occasionaly a story gets away from them (think Gary Webb and his Dark Alliance reporting.)

Then somebody actually has to do some work - that work being the attempted destruction of the reputation and career of the news source (usually a lone reporter or a publisher that's not safely "in the loop.")

There's a revolving door between the "news" industry and the PR "professionals" who take on this kind of work.

The system is so literally innudated with organized corporate interests that any portion can and does get used to control information which attempts presentation to the public. Insiders and contactees routinely express attitudes of powerlessness. This is their feeling that no matter what they do it will have little or no effect on their situation or the direction human life is taking. This in turn reinforces the condition of powerlessness which is the inability to contol the events that shape their lives and the lives of others. Attitudes or perspectives of this form of powerlessness "become barriers to effective self-help, independence, and self-respect."1

Look at the situation many of these individuals reside in. For starters many are affluent in some way. They have careers, some have power, a respectable income, resources, and reputations. These are the exploitable weaknesses. Why? Because they can't imagine how to live without any of it or how to recover from their loss. Many contact participants on the inside in particular have never done without. This is a little described form of poverty. Kenneth B Clark, an social psychologist, describes the poverty of powerlessness happening when human beings who live apart from the rest of society, who do not share in society's affluence, and who are not respected or granted the ordinary dignities and courtesy accorded to others will eventually begin to doubt their own worth.

Head-Hunters or Attack Poodles take advantage of this inherent culture of powerlessness which has been created by the secrecy in order to control the information about it. This culture is passed from one generation of participants to the next as a self-perpetuating cycle. The rest of humanity picks up on this culture through the effectiveness of the information controllers and further perpetuates it by inserting further toxicity through negative derogatory comments, votes of unsubstantiated disbelief, admonitions to speak no further on the subject, exposure of confidential personal life details, and so on which are viewed by other paradigm experiencers. In this way it's passed on preventing any coherent multi-force effort to coelesce together, pushing back the effort to control, supplanting it with an understanding in the mind of the public onlookers.

If we want to understand why the public does not understand or believe in paradigm issues such as corporate controllers, shadow government, global governance, extraterrestrial contact, or alternative human history then we must more thoroughly examine the processes being used to control the current existing information. Those who operate as head-hunters or attack poodles must have every aspect of their operation thoroughly examined and traced; back-engineering, pardon the pun, all the way up the ladder behind them to identify the sources of the anti-reality sentiment. The same is said for being able to function in a mediation or facilitory situation. There should be an expectation of hostile encounters with anti-reality representatives and plans made to address those encounters prior to public efforts.

Getting Kids Involved In Contact Preparation

As interested and concerned individuals, people are beginning to look at Contact as an event that requires some forethought....some practical preparation. While debates rage over in the U.N.'s paper-tiger-ville over the creation of real infrastructure, there are others in surprising places who are taking the bull by the horns and turning his energy to constructive work.

In the UK schools like Sanford Primary School are looking at the needs of potential contact senarios such as if a crash of a ufo were to happen in the vicinity of children. They are discussing openly with their children about what such a situation might be like and what to do in the event they are there to experience it or its aftermath.

On October 10, internet author Lounge Daddy published an article on the UK school drills. In it he inquired if the UFO Drills were becoming "something of a routine part of the curriculum in the UK."

From a practical standpoint it makes sense to practice emergency procedures in the event of a ufo crash, just as one would need to know procedures to follow were it an airliner filled with people. On such a craft there would ostensibly be occupants, possibly injured and in need of assistance. It would be the civilized and humane thing to know how to investigate crash, render assistance and to establish the practice of universal caring as Earth's standard operating proceedure.

One email comment rendered on the subject by a gentleman named 'mike', said, "Now I can appreciate this. It is a shame that the schools in America are not so "Open Minded"". Perhaps this is something which the expected Denver Colorado, Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission can begin to tackle once its formation is complete. A formal program for emergency procedures and assistance rendering in the event of a downed EBE craft could be a ground-breaking first project for the new Commission.

This would be a fine example of exopolitical facilitation, where an organization leads through practical real solutions to social and circumstantial problems which may arise in the course of sudden or unexpected Contact under less than ideal circumstances.

Larry Bryant Confirms Will Be In Denver Nov 1 2010 UFO City Central

Compass Morainn member and professional research associate, Larry W Bryant has confirmed that he will be joining others in Denver Colorado on November 1, 2010 in support of the expected passage of Denver's Initiative 300, the initiative for the creation of an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission.

In an exuberant note distributed to his contact list Larry mused over the process saying, "the paradigm shift could be won by a single-vote majority were the Colorado voters to wake up and partake of the potential."

Alfred Lambremont Webre, relayed to Larry yesterday, an excerpt of an new article he'd written, describing how Jeff Peckman, in a recent interview on ExopoliticsTV, said that Dennis J. Gallagher, a former Denver city Councilman, and now the elected City Auditor of Denver CO has predicted that Initiative 300, quote 'is going to pass'.

Should Initiative 300 pass, Denver will have the beginnings of true infrastructure to lead Earth into a new era where ET will have a formal contact point, legitimized by the people of Earth, enabling a true connection between Earth's people and the greater community beyond. This would exceed the progress of recent rumors of a proposed appointment of Maylaysian-born astrophysicist, Dr. Mazlan Othman of the United Nations, to a position of UN Liason for Extraterrestrial First Contact at the UN Office for Outer Space in Vienna back on September 29 of this year.

The need for formal infrastructure was recently underscored at about the same time by Ex-Air Force Officer Captain Robert Salas and others, who held a press conference on a 1967 event where UFOs were deemed responsible for deactivating nuclear weapons at a base in Montana where he served at the time.

Initiative 300 has attracted global attention and support. The initiative has had a petition available online to monitor and gauge support as the work progressed http://www.petitiononline.com/etaffair/petition.html where supporters worldwide could sign and comment upon the effort. Larry commented on the petition describing it as "a Peoples Project of Global Consequence" and that "the unrelenting presence of Universal Flying Objects serve as a unifying force for the destiny of mankind."

A signer commented via email that "Jeff had alot of courage and heart to keep this part of the international Disclosure effort going. It is a model that could and should be followed all over the world."

A Response To Your Captain's Speech

I appreciate the content of your message. However. The catalogue of events is not something we are oblivious to. America is becoming far more focused on a far greater condition. One which also developed while her people slept. This one has insinuated itself into every facet of the federal government from the transnational private sector and also in much of several state governments.

This problem utilizes the ‘terrorist’ fear conditioning and physical threat to its own ends because it is useful for obtaining a variety of means which ‘transform’ this country into something it is not. Chasing ‘terrorists’ is the ‘band-aid’ solution when there is a cancer in the cupboard. That realization has dawned on ‘little-brother’ (the public).

We are in the last days of peaceful attempts at checking the destruction of a constitutional republic. The Navy knows this. The Navy knows the health condition of the Federal Gov. as it too has experienced plenty of heartburn during the various phases of ‘transformation’. And they have been duly informed of other conditions which with reason would prevent the use of ‘glass-factory’ type options as a solution anywhere on the board.

And they have also been duly informed that the biological/genetic manipulations of food sources & in vaccines as weapons of war by the same seemingly ‘civilized, socially acceptably established parties’ also endanger the future of humanity and fall under the category of what needs to cease by our own choice as condition of civilized advancement into other venues.

Add to that list the endless undeclared wars, etc. The Navy as a relatively independent organization is caught quite literally between a rock and a hard place. Shoals behind and shoals ahead with little relief to be found from the slowly educated and stubbornly ignorant public and media.

Each party, enured in their own little world and either unwilling or unable to step out of the proverbial box with strength of purpose and permanence to spend time in other worlds to find ways to bridge the gaps! The Navy has come the closest of all by their individual participation in a variety of unconventional activities.

Berrating the public or the Navy is not helpful. What is needed is full disclosure of the human circumstance in a way which no party on this planet can escape acknowledging….an attempt at such a disclosure; an exploration of attempt by a conglomeration of persons considering risking it, was burnt to the ground by observers these two years past. We are now on our own.

Who will the public side with? How ignorant shall the public choose to continue to be? Ignorance is very dangerous and the public wields more power than any ‘terrorist’. That is why the Fed Gov is bent on instituting severe controls upon ‘little-brother’. It is why it has deemed Liberty & Justice & the Pursuit of Happiness expendable. It is why history is being rewritten. It is why the foundation of every staple in American society is being modified frantically behind our backs but beneath our noses. Any living complex system will turn and fight for survival when threatened. America fell decades ago.

Question is, just what replaced her and how shall we the public deal with it? We are not equipped with the appropriate information about either the present nor the future to make properly soliuble decisions. The public communicated that it would rather remain either close-minded or seek retribution for past mistakes and transgressions. And there are none who know the score who will suicide or martyr themselves for the sake of a mean-spirited, vindictive (above-board) people.

This is not very long, but very
informative. You have to read the catalogue of events in this brief piece. Then,
ask yourself how anyone can take the position that all we have to do is bring
our troops home from Iraq, reset the snooze alarm, go back to sleep, and no one
will ever bother us again. In case you missed it, World War III began in
November 1979...

US Navy Captain Ouimette is
the Executive Officer at Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Florida. Here is a copy
of the speech he gave last month. It is an accurate account of why we are in so
much trouble today and why this action is so necessary:

AMERICA NEEDS TO WAKE UP!

That's what we think we heard
on the 11th of September 2001 (When more than 3,000 Americans were killed) and
maybe it was, but I think it should have been 'Get Out of Bed!' In fact, the
alarm clock has been buzzing since 1979 and we have continued to hit the snooze
button and roll over for a few more minutes of peaceful sleep since then.

It was a cool fall day in November 1979 in a country going through
a religious and political upheaval when a group of Iranian students attacked and
seized the American Embassy in Tehran. This seizure was an outright attack on
American soil; it was an attack that held the world's most powerful country
hostage and paralyzed a Presidency. The attack on this sovereign U. S. Embassy
set the stage for events to follow for the next 25 years.

America
was still reeling from the aftermath of the Vietnam experience and had a serious
threat from the Soviet Union when then, President Carter, had to do something.
He chose to conduct a clandestine raid in the desert. The ill-fated mission
ended in ruin, but stood as a symbol of America's inability to deal with
terrorism

America's military had been decimated and down sized
since the end of the Vietnam War. A poorly trained, poorly equipped and poorly
organized military was called on to execute a complex mission that was doomed
from the start.

Shortly after the Tehran experience, Americans
began to be kidnapped and killed throughout the Middle East . America could do
little to protect her citizens living and working abroad. The attacks against US
soil continued.

In April of 1983 a large vehicle packed with high
explosives was driven into the US Embassy compound in Beirut When it explodes,
it kills 63 people. The alarm went off again and America hit the Snooze Button
once more.

Then just six short months later in 1983 a large truck
heavily laden down with over 2500 pounds of TNT smashed through the main gate of
the US Marine Corps headquarters in Beirut and 241 US servicemen are killed.
America mourns her dead and hit the Snooze Button once more.

Two
months later in December 1983, another truck loaded with explosives is driven
into the US Embassy in Kuwait , and America continues her
slumber.

The following year, in September 1984, another van was
driven into the gate of the US Embassy in Beirut and America
slept.

Soon the terrorism spreads to Europe. In April 1985 a bomb
explodes in a restaurant frequented by US soldiers in Madrid

Then
in August 1985 a Volkswagen loaded with explosives is driven into the main gate
of the US Air Force Base at Rheine-Main, 22 are killed and the snooze alarm is
buzzing louder and louder as US interests are continually
attacked.

Fifty-nine days later in 1985 a cruise ship, the Achille
Lauro is hijacked and we watched as an American in a wheelchair is singled out
of the passenger list and executed.

The terrorists then shift their
tactics to bombing civilian airliners when they bomb TWA Flight 840 in April of
1986 that killed 4 and the most tragic bombing, Pan Am Flight 103 over
Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988, killing 259.

The wake up alarm is
getting louder and louder.

The terrorists decide to bring the fight
to America. In January 1993, two CIA agents are shot and killed as they enter
CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia

The following month,
February 1993 , a group of terrorists are arrested after a rented van packed
with explosives is driven into the underground parking garage of the World Trade
Center in New York City. Six people are killed and over 1000 are injured. Still
this is a crime and not an act of war? The Snooze alarm is depressed
again.

Then in November 1995 a car bomb explodes at a US military
complex in Riyadh Saudi Arabia killing seven service men and
women.

A few months later in June of 1996, another truck bomb
explodes only 35 yards from the US military compound in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
It destroys the Khobar Towers , a US Air Force barracks, killing 19 and injuring
over 500. The terrorists are getting braver and smarter as they see that America
does not respond decisively.

They move to coordinate their attacks
in a simultaneous attack on two US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. These
attacks were planned with precision. They kill 224. America responds with cruise
missile attacks and goes back to sleep.

The USS Cole was docked in
the port of Aden, Yemen for refueling on 12 October 2000, when a small craft
pulled along side the ship and exploded killing 17 US Navy Sailors. Attacking a
US War Ship is an act of war, but we sent the FBI to investigate the crime and
went back to sleep.

And of course you know the events of 11
September 2001. Most Americans think this was the first attack against US soil
or in America. How wrong they are. America has been under a constant attack
since
1979 and we chose to hit the snooze alarm and roll over and go back to
sleep.

In the news lately we have seen lots of finger pointing
from every high official in government over what they knew and what they didn't
know. But if you've read the papers and paid a little attention I think you can
see exactly what they knew. You don't have to be in the FBI or CIA or on the
National Security Council to see the pattern that has been developing since
1979.

I think we have been in a war for the past 25 years and it
will continue until we as a people decide enough is enough. America needs to
'Get out of Bed' and act decisively now. America has been changed forever. We
have to be ready to pay the price and make the sacrifice to ensure our way of
life continues. We cannot afford to keep hitting the snooze button again and
again and roll over and go back to sleep.

After the attack on Pearl
Harbor , Admiral Yamamoto said '... it seems all we have done is awakened a
sleeping giant.' This is the message we need to disseminate to terrorists around
the world.

This is not a political thing to be hashed over in an
election year, this is an AMERICAN thing. This is about our Freedom and the
Freedom of our children in years to come.

If you believe in this
please forward it to as many people as you can especially to the young people
and all those who dozed off in history class and who seem so quick to protest
such a necessary military action.

If you don't believe it, just
delete it and go back to sleep.

Corporations and Contact Acclimation

Are corporations assisting in the problem of acclimation by seeking the root of human conceptual framework formulation? One observation could be made in favor of this question by noting that the idea of acceptability for the term alien as part of our living paradigm has supplanted the idea of health embodied in the term apple for children.

Mead Corporation (MeadWestvaco Corporation) has joined a number of other corporations quietly slipping the contact paradigm into our day to day lives by replacing the classic apple with alien on the "a" flashcard published for ages 4 thru 6 elementary school students. The flashcard has a generic image of green colored "grey" on the reverse side which presents the framework that an alien can be similar to ourselves and is so common place that there is no 'giggle factor' nor 'fear factor' involved when this new generation of students hear it every day as they learn their alphabet.

This takes the concept of Contact out of modern mythology and implies a more fundamental position and relationship in our living framework for the concept. This generation of children will, with the 'nod' from the corporate world, grow up side by side with the 'knowing' that humanity is only one of a multitude of other races in the universe. And they will grow up practicing its inclusion in their lives in little ways that pave the road for deeper explorations awaiting humanity in its future.

Here is the subtle communication that unambiguous contact is conceptually inevitable not a myth to be laughed at or a subject to be ridiculed and demeaned when broached. One could also surmise that here too is a message....a belief that the next generation are hoped or expected to be more competent in their approach as explorers of the unknown than those who followed before them and failed to embrace the obvious with logic twisted to maintain a shield wall of ignorance in the name of realism. In the face of the failings of our traditional leadership structures, here we see the mechanics of society's working power houses taking the lead and setting a new tone for Earth's future. A world which will soon value truth greater than status quo's. Well done, MEAD. Every little bit counts.
